الخطوة 1: قم بتحميل تطبيق كريم وأَنشِئ حساباً:

Setting up your Careem account is easy. All you need is a working mobile number and to follow these instructions:

1. Press "Continue with mobile number" and enter your mobile number.
2. Key in the 4-digit code sent to your number. (You can also request to receive it via call instead of SMS.)
3. Create a strong password.
4. Type your full name, and that’s it!

الخطوة 2: اختر "هلا تاكسي"

On the main page of the Careem Ras Al Khaimah taxi app, click on “Hala Taxi.”

الخطوة 3: قم بإدخال نقاط الوصول والانطلاق

Navigate to the "Where to?" field and enter your destination. Next, input your pickup point. If the map has captured your current location and is accurate, you can just press the "Confirm Pickup" button.

الخطوة 4: انتقي سيارة هلا تاكسي التي تناسبك

Hala (RAKTA taxi) or Hala EV taxi? Pick the ride that fits your needs and budget.

الخطوة 5: اختر طريقة الدفع

Choose how to pay: cash, cards, Careem Pay, or Apple Pay. Next, a fare estimate will pop up on your screen; if you’re okay with it, click on “Yalla.”

الخطوة 6: تتبع مسار الكابتن في طريقه إليك

The minute your Hala Captain confirms the booking, you’ll be able to see all their details, including their contact information, vehicle type and license plate number. You can also track them in real time as they make their way to you. Once you spot your ride, hop in and off you go.
