No. Your fare stays exactly the same as a regular Hala Taxi ride. There are no additional charges. Fare estimates are always shown before you book, so you can make an informed decision every time.
3. Can I choose to get a premium ride?
No selection is needed. Premium rides are randomly assigned for this limited-time experience. Simply book your Hala Taxi as usual.
4. How will I know if I’ve been assigned a premium ride?
If you’re assigned a premium ride, you’ll see this clearly in the app once your booking is confirmed. The car icon, vehicle details (including plate number), and your captain’s information will reflect the premium vehicle assigned to your ride.
5. How often will this happen?
This experience is offered occasionally and is subject to availability, location, and time of day.
6. Do I need to do anything in the app to get this upgrade?
