How can I subscribe to Hala Rides for Metro?
You can subscribe to Hala Rides for Metro by following these easy steps:
Tap on the Hala Rides for Metro in ‘Top offers’ section on the SuperApp homepage.
Click on the ‘Subscribe’ button at the bottom of the page.
Select Pay by card in payment method.
Once you’ve subscribed, it will be activated.
When you want to use your Hala Rides for Metro, select or search the metro station you need to be picked up from or dropped off at.
Select your pickup location from Saved Locations or by typing the location in the search bar.
From the ‘Discounts’ drop down menu, you’ll be able to view the Hala Rides for Metro code (HALA4METRO) along with all other active promo codes you have.
Select Hala Rides for Metro discount and tap on ‘Yalla’ to create a booking.
You’ll be able to track the number of trips taken and the balance in your Hala Rides for Metro (e.g., If you’ve taken 3 trips using the Hala Rides for Metro, you will see 3/10 HALA4METRO under booking details).

All your active promo codes can be found on a dropdown list right before you book a ride, giving you the choice to use whichever promo code you want, whenever you want. Please note that only one active promo code can be used at a time.
3. Will the Hala Rides for Metro be auto renewed?
No, once you’ve fully used it or if it has gone over the validity period, a new subscription will have to be purchased.
4. What car category can be booked for Hala Rides for Metro?
Hala Rides for Metro can be used on all Hala car types (Hala Taxi, Hala Max, Hala Kids). Careem rides are not included in this subscription.
