Will Hala RAKTA taxis be operating 24/7 for NYE celebrations?
- Yes, Hala RAKTA taxis will be here to take you around no matter how long your celebrations go on for!
Can Hala cars fit large groups? What type of cars does Hala RAKTA have?
- Our most-loved Hala RAKTA sedans seat 4 passengers comfortably. Please note that Hala Max (vans) will only be available in certain areas.

- Whether you’re paying by credit card or cash, make sure you check the total fare estimate before hitting the Yalla button on any car type.
Hala Captain can’t reach me at my pickup point/ Which areas are expected to be busy for NYE?
- On New Year’s Eve, higher traffic and restrictions are expected around key fireworks and celebration locations. If you’re travelling through these areas, please use designated pick-up and drop-off points and allow extra time for your journey. If your plans are elsewhere, plan your route accordingly.
Due to scheduled road closures, Hala services will be temporarily unavailable in and around the following areas from 4:00 PM on 31st December 2025 until 3:00 AM on 1st January 2026:

We advise you to coordinate with your Captain on your pick up locations by calling them directly through the app, to ensure a smooth pick up experience.
